Information Security Policy

Our Information Security Policy is based on 6 principles

  1. Audience: Everyone must comply with the Information Security Policy and other documents related to Information Security.
  2. Value of Information: It is the responsibility of all Pluricall employees to proactively contribute to the protection of information, including when sharing sensitive information verbally.
  3. Importance of Information Security: It must therefore be ensured that a high level of quality and security is maintained in a permanent and balanced manner, preventing the materialization of inherent risks, to mitigate/limit the potential damage caused by the exploitation of vulnerabilities and security incidents, and to ensure that the business operates as expected over time.
  4. Information Security Model: Pluricall’s information security model is based on three factors: Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability.
  5. Responsibilities: The Information Security Policies define the control objectives as they are to be applied throughout the Company.
  6. Maintaining and Communicating Information Security Policies: Ensure that information security policies and standards are effectively communicated to all employees so that they are aware of their individual obligations with regard to information security.
